This shady walk is a must for any visitor to Bali and is an excellent
introduction into the countryside and Balinese communities. It is off
the beaten track, crosses numerous rice-terraces and small farms and ends up at the Bali Aga village of Tanganan, the descendants of
the original Balinese who inhabited Bali before the Majapahit arrival.
